By downloading or using Compress.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Compress.io for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
The free version of Compress.io allows up to 5 photo compressions per day. Video compression and batch features are available only with an active Premium subscription.
Compress.io offers auto-renewable subscriptions: a Monthly plan (billed monthly) and an Annual plan (billed once per year). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
If a free trial is offered, unused portions are forfeited when you purchase a subscription during the trial period.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; use the app for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent subscription or usage limits; or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
All content, design, and code within Compress.io is the property of its developers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Compress.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Always keep backups of your original photos and videos before compressing them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including any loss of data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
